Terms of Use for the Public Club Search

Rules for using the public club search and public club profiles. This English version is provided for convenience; the German version remains authoritative.

1. Scope and Function of the Club Search

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the public club search on the 420+ website or portal (the “Club Search”). The Club Search enables users to find cultivation associations or clubs according to certain criteria, such as location, and to view their public profile information.

2. Non-Binding Nature of Information

The information displayed through the Club Search is largely based on information provided by the respective clubs. 420+ does not verify this information in each individual case for accuracy, completeness or timeliness. The Club Search is a non-binding information and search function only; no memberships or other contracts with a club or with 420+ are concluded through the Club Search. The respective club is responsible for the content of its public profile; 420+ acts as a hosting provider and does not adopt such content as its own.

3. Permitted Use and Prohibition of Misuse

You may use the Club Search only within the limits of applicable law and solely for your own non-commercial information purposes. In particular, it is prohibited to manipulate, overload, block or circumvent the Club Search or the underlying infrastructure, to perform automated access such as scraping or bots, or to systematically further process displayed data without the consent of the respective club or 420+.

4. Liability and Availability

420+ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Club Search or the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of displayed club information. Liability for simple negligence is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, body or health or where mandatory statutory claims apply; otherwise, statutory liability rules apply. 420+ is not responsible for content, offers or actions of individual clubs to which users may be directed through the Club Search.

5. Rights in Content and System Protection

The Club Search, the underlying software, databases and content are legally protected. Any reproduction, distribution or other use beyond the intended use of the Club Search is not permitted unless expressly authorized.

6. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data in connection with the Club Search can be found in the Privacy Notice. Publicly displayed profile information is generally based on information released by the respective club.

7. Changes to these Terms of Use

420+ may update these Terms of Use where necessary to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The version available at the time of use applies.
